sugar

cold water
Fresh rosemary sprigs
use quantity depending on the desired intensity
Instructions
In a saucepan, mix the sugar and the water; add the fresh rosemary.
Boil, then let it slowly boil for 1 to 2 minutes, mixing constantly.
Take out of the fire, and let it brew for about half an hour. I suggest you to taste it now and then.
Take the rosemary sprigs off before pouring the syrup into a sterilized bottle.
Notes
I suggest you to use at least 4 sprigs of rosemary for this. Keep in the fridge.
